By accessing or purchasing any products, templates, or materials from ClearPath Systems (“ClearPath,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all digital tools, templates, and supporting materials provided through the ClearPath Systems platform.
Use of Materials
ClearPath Systems provides digital tools and templates designed to support contractors with sales processes, pricing structure, and performance tracking. All materials are provided for internal business use only. You may use the materials within your company, share them with internal employees or team members, and modify copies of templates for your own operational use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, white-label, or repackage any ClearPath Systems materials, nor may you use them for training, consulting, or resale purposes without written permission.

No Guarantees or Promises
ClearPath Systems is designed to support structure, visibility, and consistency in business processes. Results depend on how the tools are implemented and used over time. We do not guarantee sales performance, revenue outcomes, close rates, profitability, or business success. The materials are intended to support informed decision-making and do not replace professional judgment, management oversight, training, or experience.

Digital Product Access
All ClearPath Systems products are delivered digitally. Access is provided through view-only templates, downloadable files, or copyable materials. It is your responsibility to make and manage your own copies, maintain backups of your data, and ensure compatibility with required platforms such as Google Sheets. ClearPath Systems is not responsible for data loss, access issues, or disruptions caused by user error or third-party platforms.

Intellectual Property
All ClearPath Systems materials, including but not limited to templates, designs, icons, copy, frameworks, and system concepts, are the intellectual property of ClearPath Systems. Purchase of any product does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or misuse of these materials may result in legal action.

ClearPath Systems is not liable for business decisions made using the materials, financial losses, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages. Use of the system is at your discretion and responsibility.

ClearPath Systems may modify, update, or improve its products and materials over time. Access to updates may vary depending on the version purchased. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with changes reflected on this page and an updated effective date.
